Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa or Flow Yoga is a movement practice where you transition or ‘flow’ from one yoga pose to another connected by the breath. With clear support and direction, these classes combine energising, flowing sequences with held poses to make space in the body and mind, build strength and flexibility and improve balance. You will learn sun salutations, hip and chest openers, twists, balances and how to slow down and connect with your breath…always at your own pace and with plenty of space to rest and relax.
Classes are suitable for all levels. Come with an open mind, playful attitude and find your flow in a relaxed, non-competitive class.
Flow & Restore Yoga
Flow & Restore combines the energising ‘yang’ style of vinyasa flow yoga with the calming ‘yin’ style of restorative yoga. The first part of the class involves flowing sequences from one yoga pose to another connected with the breath. These flows combined with held poses will help you to build strength and flexibility, increase energy levels and improve balance. The second part of the class will use props, such as bolsters, cushions, blocks and straps to support the body in held poses to encourage release of tension and complete relaxation.
Flow & Restore is the perfect combination of yin and yang, energising and relaxing – you will leave feeling spacious, refreshed and calm.
Core Yoga is an energising class that combines flowing yoga sequences with Pilates core exercises to build strength and tone in the entire body, while also improving flexibility and balance. You will learn yoga poses, how to transition from one pose to another in the flow and how to slow down and connect with your breath. Pilates is one of the best methods of exercise to target the deep core muscles so you build strength from the inside out. In the core section of the class, you will practice a series of Pilates exercises to really strengthen and tone the core muscles.
Suitable for all levels, this is a dynamic and energising class that is a perfect way to kickstart your weekend!
Power Pilates combines all the benefits of Pilates with functional fitness for a complete body workout. You will move through various sequences to strengthen and tone the body while also improving flexibility and balance. This dynamic class includes the use of light weights and a resistance circle and all exercises are practised in line with the Pilates principles of control, precision, breath and flow. There is a focus on building core strength and correct spinal alignment and you can expect to plank LOTS!

In this class, you will use a kettlebell whilst moving through a series of sequences involving functional fitness and Pilates core exercises for a complete body workout. The class is dynamic and fast-paced and will help to improve overall strength, core power, balance and flexibility. With clear guidance and support on form, you choose your weight and prepare to be challenged.
Suitable for all levels – we have a selection of weights from as low as 2kg for beginners upwards. Select the weight most appropriate for your fitness level and get ready to to swing, lunge, squat and plank your way to a stronger, fitter body!
